Who can do what
Each role in BRRRAIN, what it can do, and what it cannot. The limits on tokens and NEAR are in the contracts' code, not a promise.

What nobody can do
- Mint new BRRRAIN: the token's code has no way to, the supply only falls (by burns), and from trading day on that code can never change.
- Change the token's code after trading opens: its keys are deleted that day.
- Change the airdrop's or the lock's code: their keys are deleted at setup.
- Take a lock position's tokens or reward, except its holder.
- Raise the trading tax above 5 % a side, or send it anywhere but to stakers.
Two accounts keep a key for now: the token's, until trading opens, and the staking pot's, which is also the login to NEAR AI for the farm. What that means is on Risks. How much AI there is and how it is shared: Reserves.
